In the bakery section of most supermarkets, or at a high street bakery, you can find bread in brown paper bags. These can be reused for a few times and then either put out with the paper recycling, or when shredded can be great material for the compost.
MacKenzie bread - Produced by Goodman Fielder NZ Ltd, and available at all the major supermarkets, it comes in a brown paper bag with a smaller plastic window which can easily be taken out so that the paper can be recycled.
